Now you are an elite member and you have reach the maximum reward you can get while staking in all the 6 pools.

So starting as a free member it will take you about 13 months to reach the status of elite member.

Still you can increase you income.
By getting referrals.
When new members register with your referrallink, they become your personal referrals (tier 1). Whenever these referrals perform a stake, you will get 10% commission. 
E.g. 
A referral stake pool 1 = pays $ 2.00 for pool 1, you'll get 10% = $ 0.20.
A referral stake pool 6 = pays $ 100.00 for all 6 pools, you'll get 10% = $ 10.00

This means:
The more referrals you have, the greater you're commission will be.

When you direct referrals (tier 1) brings in there own direct referrals,
they become tier 2 referrals of you. On those (tier 2) referrals you are entitled to receive the same commission.

Lets speculate a bit..
John is your direct referral, so John is tier 1 of you.
Jane is a direct referral of John, so Jane is tier 1 of John.
As John is tier 1 of you, Jane is tier 2 of you.
Asumming that everyone who enters the program, wants to become an elite member, every month they will stake $ 100.00 to receive the maximum reward.
Now, if you have 5 referrals (tier 1) you receive 5 * $ 10.00 = $ 50.00 (10% commission).
If every tier 1 have 5 referrals, there referrals are your tier 2 member, there will be 5  * 5 = 25 tier 2 members, so if these member are elite members (pool 6), you receive 25 * $ 10.00 = $ 250.00 commission.
In total that $50.00 + $ 250.00 = $ 300.00 commissions.
